Leah Ierardi is Vice President at Huron Capital, leading business development with buy side and sell side intermediaries. She serves on the investment team, sourcing and driving thesis and executive first investments through the ExecFactor program. Previously, Leah was a Director at EY Parthenon advising on corporate and private equity clients on M&A strategy, and an Associate Investment Director at Cambridge Associates overseeing portfolios for family and foundation clients. She is Treasurer and Board member of CFA Society Detroit and holds degrees from Boston College and the University of Michigan, as well as the CFA charter.
Mike Wednt began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers followed by a 20-year tenure at Ally Bank. In 2023, he assumed leadership of the family-owned Thunderbowl Lanes in Allen Park, which was successfully sold to Bowlero. Mike joined Metro Vein Centers in September 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. Metro Vein Centers is a private equity-backed company and one of the fastest-growing vein clinic businesses in the US. He currently serves on the Boards of the Detroit Athletic Club, Special Olympics of Michigan, and Angel’s Place. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University and an MBA from Duke University.
